How the Free Online Evaluation Works

The K9 Elite free online evaluation is a structured intake process designed to give Emily Adams a clear picture of your dog's temperament, behavior, and training needs before any program begins. To submit your evaluation, complete the evaluation form in full — do not leave any fields blank, as incomplete submissions cannot be considered. Along with the form, you will upload three separate videos, each no longer than four minutes, following the specific guidelines below. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your evaluation is under review. Upon approval, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions to book your online consultation session with a trainer. During that session, Emily will review your dog's temperament from the video submissions, address your questionnaire responses, recommend the program that best fits your dog, and provide full pricing and program details.

Video Submission Requirements

Three Videos. Specific Instructions. No Exceptions.

For your evaluation to be considered, all three videos must follow these exact guidelines:

  • Video 1: Show your dog walking on a leash with you up or down a sidewalk or street. The dog's full body must be visible at all times — do not cut off the tail, ears, or shoulders. Do not use sweaters or harnesses that block the trainer's view of the dog's fur, shoulder setting, or posture.
  • Video 2: Walk your dog on a leash past another dog going for a walk or a dog behind a fence. The dogs should not touch or approach each other — simply walk past. If you cannot find a dog on the street, find an enclosed fence with dogs inside and walk past that. The other dog cannot be a family member's or friend's dog.
  • Video 3: Show your dog inside the home. This can be relaxing, playing with a toy, watching TV with the family, or any natural in-home behavior.


Consultation Pricing

What to Expect After Your Evaluation Is Approved

The online evaluation itself is completely free. Once approved, your consultation with Emily will outline the recommended program and all associated pricing. For clients moving forward with in-home services, the following starting rates apply:


  • In-Home Consultation: Starting at $200*
  • In-Home Consultation for Aggression Cases: Starting at $350*

Transport Services

Professional Pick-Up Transport Available for K9 Elite Clients

K9 Elite offers professional pick-up transport services for clients whose dogs are enrolling in a training program. Transport runs every second Tuesday and every third Thursday of each month. Upon booking a check-in time, clients will be assigned a transport pick-up date and time. The trainer will meet with you and your dog and transport them to the facility or remain in-home depending on the agreed program. Transport is available at a fee of $100 per dog, per trip.

  • Is the online evaluation really free?

    Yes. The online evaluation is completely free. Pricing for your recommended program will be provided during your follow-up consultation session with Emily.

  • What happens after I submit my evaluation?

    You'll receive a confirmation email while your evaluation is reviewed. If approved, you'll be sent instructions to book your online consultation with a trainer.

  • What if my videos don't meet the requirements?

    Incomplete or non-compliant submissions cannot be considered. Follow all video guidelines carefully to ensure your evaluation receives full review by Emily.
